Who is this group for?

Helping professionals that desire to go deeper with clients (and themselves) using the 4-step Shadow Coaching model.

What is it about?

Anyone in the change business must be comfortable in the shadow layers.
Why?
Because to be empowered, we must be whole, and to be whole, we must be authentic, and to be authentic, we must be honest. Enter shadow work.

In truth, we ALL have a shadow. Like background music in our lives, our shadow layers are unconsciously running our inner thought patterns, behaviors, and archetypes-which is both part of the problem and the solution to realizing lasting change.

In this interactive 5- part series, we will explore how the shadow is formed, how to locate it, and both the gifts and challenges it offers. You will also gain insight and real coaching tools to use with yourself and your clients.

Tuesdays -January 10, 17, 24, 31, and February 7, 2023.

Week one will introduce the basics of the shadow facts definitions, share personal insights, and overview the process. In the next four weeks, we will deep dive into each part of the shadow coaching process. This means we will be doing some personal shadow work, defining the language of archetypes, understanding the gifts of feelings, and the language of letting go.
